Growing up in West Virginia, I was the kid staging elaborate neighborhood productions and building imaginary worlds with whatever materials I could find. My parents recognized early on that I learned differently - and rather than trying to fit me into a traditional mold, they let my creative curiosity run wild. When I was diagnosed with dyslexia in my twenties, everything clicked: the way I think spatially, connect seemingly unrelated ideas, and solve problems by seeing patterns others miss isn't a limitation - it's exactly what makes me effective at what I do.

For 15 years, I've built immersive experiences that transform how people connect with brands, spaces, and each other. Most recently in higher education, I reimagined traditional campus programming as festival-scale experiential activations - not selling statistics, but creating emotional moments that made students and families actually feel what life could be like. I built a corporate partnership program from the ground up, turning relationships with brands like Coca-Cola into authentic activations rather than logo placements. I've managed everything from intimate c-suite executive briefings to events for 20,000+ people, always focused on the same thing: creating experiences that resonate beyond the moment.

I thrive in that space where ambitious creative vision meets real-world constraints - tight budgets, impossible timelines, complex stakeholder needs. I don't just execute other people's ideas; I shape creative direction while simultaneously figuring out how to actually build it.
